Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at hi@happybeing.co. If your return is accepted, we can either send you a store gift card to order something else or we can issue you a refund. 

You can always contact us for any return question at hi@happybeing.co.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We would really appreciate it if when you reach out you send us a picture of the damage. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. But we are happy to work with you on everything else. 


Exchanges
If for whatever reason you aren't happy with your order we always ask if you'd be willing to exchange for another flavor or a different product all together. 


Refunds
If you decide you'd prefer a refund you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
