This tea is also delicious, and refreshing. I'm finding the Happy Being teas to be more thirst quenching than water. I am drinking them at least twice a day, with and without a meal. I have severe osteoarthritis in both hips, shoulders and knees, and have had one knee and one hip replaced, and have a surgery date for the second hip. My hope is that these teas will aid in reducing inflammation, so I am not driven to taking Aleve or ibuprofen (bad for the kidneys). I think the teas are helping!
