    My new go to for nutrition

    I’ve replaced my other vitamins etc that I’ve been taking for past 3-4 years with Happy Being Nourish.

    I’m feeling good on it and been adding it to Bone Broth powder for even more nutrition and to help make it more of a meal replacement. It’s delicious too.

    I was very pleased with reading the literature that came with it.

    I love all the anti-inflammation ingredients this has.

    Inflammation is the real key to problems. We have cholesterol which gets a bad rap and seems to be the main thing Doctors look for so they can push their Statins.

    Lack of nutrition is the key to most diseases. This helps fill that bucket.

    Looking forward to my next blood test to see results and I will be certain to ask for inflammation markers.

    Excellent Smoothie

    Purchased Vanilla & Chocolate flavors-- super without being too sweet. I love that its 15gm protein in 100 calories (Vanilla)... added berries & a banana to thicken yet its equally good on its own🧋Love also that it has tumeric, resveratrol, & antioxidants!! For sure, I'm a long-term customer😘

    I’ve cut down in my supplements

    I have been really enjoying the taste - it is good in water and really good in a shake. I’ve been making a bunch of different things with it and I love knowing that I’m consuming a ton of great nutrients like turmeric, Sulforaphane and milk thistle.

    Will definitely be ordering for a while.

    Love the taste

    I love the super chocolatey taste without that fake sweet aftertaste! My vitamins kept upsetting my stomach and so this has been a great substitute. I make a little shake with water and ice and add peanut butter powder. Healthy and helps with a sweet tooth! I also love I can take them when I travel! I found it really easy to add to almond milk(any milk), so I don’t have to stop. So far I feel great!
